Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp paper towel; remove stems and scrape out gills.
In a bowl, mix diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and cubed mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
