  •  fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • cherry tomatoes, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp paper towel; remove stems and scrape out gills.
