Ingredients
  

  • fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • freshly squeezed lime juice
  •  medium red onion, finely chopped
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  •  ripe avocado, diced
  •  jalapeño pepper, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Marinate Shrimp: Place shrimp in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until opaque.
  • 2. Prepare Vegetables: Finely chop red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.
  • 3. Combine: Drain excess lime juice from shrimp and gently mix with veggies and diced avocado.
  • 4. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste; adjust lime juice if desired.
