  • elbow macaroni
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  •  whole milk
  •  eggs
  • melted butter
  • bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni with cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  • Top each muffin with bread crumbs for added crunch.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
