Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and ketchup; spread over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
