Ingredients
  

  • fresh figs, halved
  • mascarpone cheese
  • granulated sugar
  •  pure vanilla extract
  • pre-made tart crust (9-inch)
  • honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pre-made tart crust in a tart pan, pressing it evenly against the edges. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
  • In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the mascarpone mixture over the baked tart crust.
  • Arrange halved figs on top of the filling.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but still slightly wobbly in the center. Allow to cool before drizzling with honey.
