Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken until browned on both sides (approximately 6 minutes per side).
