Instructions
Prepare the red velvet cake by cutting it into bite-sized cubes if store-bought or baking from scratch and allowing it to cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
