  •  eggs
  •  milk (or almond/oat milk for a dairy-free option)
  • sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Spread the cubed stale bread evenly in the baking dish.
