Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
slices thick-cut bacon
brown sugar (light or dark)
garlic cloves, minced
low-sodium soy sauce
black pepper

Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Sauté minced garlic in the remaining bacon fat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
