Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • While pasta cools, chop dill pickles and red onion.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Combine cooled pasta with dressing, chopped pickles, red onion, and fresh dill. Fold gently until coated.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld. Serve cold.
