  • cup small curd cottage cheese

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • baking powder
  •  sugar
  • salt
  • large egg
  •  melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
  • Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet with space in between each bun.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
