Ingredients
beef flank steak, thinly sliced
low-sodium soy sauce
brown sugar
cloves garlic, minced
fresh ginger, grated
sesame oil
rice vinegar
green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
Thinly slice the flank steak against the grain and gather all ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
Place the sliced beef in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef in batches for about 3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove beef from the skillet and add any leftover marinade; simmer until thickened.
Return the beef to the skillet and coat with sauce. Serve over rice or stir-fried vegetables and garnish with green onions.
