Description

Ingredients
  

  • package puff pastry sheets
  • cream cheese (softened)
  •  granulated sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • egg yolk
  • Fresh fruit or jam for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and roll out slightly on a floured surface. Cut into squares.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
  • Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square. Fold corners to the center and pinch to seal.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then top with fresh fruit or jam before serving.
