russet potatoes (about 500g)
fresh garlic, minced
grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into even-sized sticks.
Soak the potato sticks in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain and pat dry the potatoes thoroughly. Toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the fries in a single layer in the basket.
