Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side) and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; stir in buttermilk until just combined
  • Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, roll out to 1-inch thickness, and cut into rounds.
  • Bake biscuits for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drizzle hot honey sauce over cooked chicken before serving with biscuits.
