  •  zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
  • yellow onion, diced
  • garlic, minced
  •  extra virgin olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prep your ingredients: Wash and slice zucchini; dice the onion.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Crumble in ground turkey, cooking until browned and no longer pink.
