Creamy Garlic Stuffed Shells are the ultimate comfort food—tender pasta filled with creamy garlic mushroom filling, baked in marinara sauce until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients
  

  •  pasta shells
  • garlic, minced
  •  cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • cream cheese, softened
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  •  fresh spinach
  • fresh thyme
  • black pepper
  •  marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  • Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Mix in cream cheese until well combined.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, thyme, and black pepper for flavor.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Stuff each pasta shell with the mushroom mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil to brown for an additional 5 minutes.
