Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Bake crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time on low speed to avoid over-aeration.
Mix in dulce de leche and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 25 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center
Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours. Slice into squares and serve with an additional drizzle of dulce de leche.
