Ingredients
  

  • lean ground beef
  •  green cabbage, chopped
  • cloves garlic, minced
  •  piece ginger, minced
  • low-sodium soy sauce
  •  sesame oil
  • green onions, chopped
  • pepper (any color), sliced
  • carrots, thinly sliced
  • Rice or noodles (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prep all ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  • Add cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until just tender yet crisp (4-5 minutes).
  • Drizzle soy sauce over the stir fry; mix well and let cook for another minute.
  • Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss in chopped green onions before serving.
