Instructions
Prep all ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
Add cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until just tender yet crisp (4-5 minutes).
Drizzle soy sauce over the stir fry; mix well and let cook for another minute.
Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss in chopped green onions before serving.
