Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the croissant dough onto the prepared baking sheet, carefully separating the triangles along the perforated lines.
  • Place one tablespoon of olive oil into a small bowl and brush it evenly over the surface of each croissant dough triangle.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes evenly over the dough.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese onto the wider part of each dough triangle.
  • Place 3 to 4 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese, ensuring they cover the cheese completely.
  • Roll up each croissant dough triangle tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the tip.
  • Arrange the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small amount of space between each one.
  • Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked through.
  • Once baked, remove the croissants from the oven and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the croissants before serving.
  • Enjoy the mozzarella pepperoni croissant rolls warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
