Cinnamon Berry French Toast features golden, crispy slices of French toast infused with warm cinnamon and topped with a colorful mix of fresh berries. Ingredients
  

  • slices of bread preferably challah, brioche, or thick-cut white bread
  •  eggs
  •  milk whole or your choice
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • butter for cooking
  •  mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • Powdered sugar for dusting, optional
  • Maple syrup optional
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the French Toast:In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter to coat the surface.Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are soaked but not overly soggy.Place the soaked bread onto the heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with all slices of bread.
  • Assemble the French Toast:Once the French toast is cooked, stack the slices on a serving plate.Top with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
  • Serve:Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, or extra berries if preferred.
