Ingredients
  

  • frozen tater tots
  •  salt
  • eggs
  • milk or heavy cream
  • butter
  • salt
  •  black pepper
  •  bacon cooked and crumbled
  •  breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • diced ham
  •  cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • chopped green onions
  • diced tomatoes
  • sour cream
  • salsa or hot sauce
  • avocado sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Bake the Tater TotsPreheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread tater tots on a baking sheet.Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Step 2: Cook the EggsIn a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add eggs.Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 3: Prepare the ProteinCook bacon, sausage, or ham (or a mix) and set aside.
  • Step 4: Assemble the  BowlsDivide tater tots among  bowls.Top with scrambled eggs, cheese, and choice of protein.Add green onions, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and salsa/hot sauce.
  • Step 5: Serve And Enjoy!Serve immediately while warm!
