Ingredients
  

  • olive oil
  • onion diced
  • garlic minced
  • beef or Italian sausage
  • salt adjust to taste
  • black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • smoked paprika optional
  • marinara sauce
  •  broth or water
  •  diced tomatoes, with juices
  • spaghetti broken in half
  • milk or heavy cream optional, for richness
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the AromaticsHeat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened (about 2 minutes).
  • Cook the MeatAdd ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  • Build the SauceStir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook the  PastaAdd spaghetti, making sure it’s submerged in the sauce.Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until  pasta is tender.
  • Finish And ServeStir in milk or heavy cream for extra richness (optional).Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.Serve hot and enjoy!
