Ingredients
beef or turkey hot dogs boneless skinless
chili store-bought or homemade
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
crescent roll dough (or biscuit dough)
onion diced (optional)
mustard optional
ketchup optional
garlic powder
paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish optional

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Slice the hot dogs into ½-inch pieces and set aside.
Roll out the crescent roll dough in the bottom of the casserole dish to form a crust. Pinch together the seams of the dough.
Layer the hot dog pieces evenly over the dough.
Pour the chili over the hot dog pieces, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chili layer.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add diced onions if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley or green onions if you like.
Serve hot with optional mustard and ketchup on the side.
