Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
long-grain white rice uncooked
cream of chicken soup
cream of mushroom soup (or use all chicken soup)
chicken broth
onion soup mix
garlic powder
paprika

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Rice Mixture:In the baking dish, mix together the uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
Add the Chicken:Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.Sprinkle the onion soup mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Bake:Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to trap moisture.Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
