flour tortillas 8-inch size
Mexican cheese blend or cheddar and Monterey Jack
sour cream

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Season Beef: Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes (or salsa), and a splash of water to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
Layer Ingredients:Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.Place a layer of tortillas over the beef. (Cut them as needed to fit.)Spread a layer of sour cream over the tortillas, followed by black beans, corn, and shredded cheese.Repeat layers (beef, tortillas, sour cream, beans, cheese) until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve: Let the taco lasagna cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
