white or wheat bread cubed
sleeve saltine crackers crushed (optional, for texture)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat And PrepPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Step 2: Sauté VegetablesIn a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.Add onions and celery; sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and fragrant.
