  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup ketchup low-sugar if desired
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent; add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until just combined.
