orzo pasta
cherry tomatoes, halved
cucumber, diced
red onion, thinly sliced
Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
crumbled feta cheese
fresh parsley, chopped
fresh basil, chopped

lemon juice
red wine vinegar
Dijon mustard

Instructions
Cook the orzo pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Prepare the vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, thinly slice red onion, and slice Kalamata olives.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked orzo, vegetables, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
Add parsley and basil, toss again, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
