  •  puff pastry, thawed
  •  fresh spinach, chopped
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  •  shredded mozzarella cheese
  • egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  •  garlic powder
  •  onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.
  • Make Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Fill the Puff Pastry: Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over one half of the puff pastry.
  • Fold and Cut: Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the filling, pressing down gently to seal the edges. Cut the pastry into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  • Twist Pastry: Twist each strip several times and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Egg Wash: Brush each twisted pastry with the beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.
