Ingredients
  

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  •  olive oil
  •  unsalted butter
  •  cloves garlic, minced
  • baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • heavy cream
  • chicken broth
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  •  Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms; cook for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
  • Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
