Ingredients
  

  • green cabbage, chopped
  • shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • slices of bacon, chopped
  • butter
  • medium onion, chopped
  •  garlic cloves, minced
  •  paprika
  •  cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Bacon: Fry chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.
  • Sauté Shrimp: In the bacon fat, cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Vegetables: Add butter, sauté onion until translucent, and stir in garlic.
  • Cook Cabbage: Toss in cabbage and season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook until tender.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add bacon, shrimp, and apple cider vinegar. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
