  • egg roll wrappers
  •  ounces cream cheese, softened
  • granulated sugar
  •  vanilla extract
  • egg yolk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)
  • Chocolate drizzle, caramel sauce, fresh fruit, or whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth.
  • Assemble Egg Rolls: Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
