Ingredients
  

  • large round loaf of Italian bread
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar
  •  dried oregano
  •  dried basil
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  •  garlic powder
  • Genoa salami, sliced
  •  ham, sliced
  •  mortadella, sliced
  • provolone cheese, sliced
  •  mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • olive tapenade
  • roasted red peppers, sliced
  • green olives, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Italian bread horizontally into two halves.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Brush the cut sides of the bread with the dressing.
  • Layer salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, mozzarella, olive tapenade, roasted red peppers, and green olives on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Place the top half of the bread on, press gently, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  • Slice into wedges before serving and enjoy!
