cans diced tomatoes with green chile pepper, with liquid
package frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
In a Dutch oven over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion is soft and translucent.
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, with no pink remaining.
Stir in the sliced kielbasa sausage.
Add the drained diced tomatoes, pinto beans (with their liquid), drained corn, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and frozen mixed vegetables.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Add the ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to distribute the spices evenly.
Pour in the 4 cups of water, bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
