  • 2 cans of low-sodium chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • Rinse and dry chickpeas thoroughly with paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Place seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
