  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup whole milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine steamed cauliflower with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
