Ingredients
  

  •  flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • goat cheese, crumbled
  •  balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Evenly arrange peach slices over the flatbread.
  • Layer prosciutto on top followed by crumbled goat cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
