  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1 packet
  • 1 cup whole milk warm
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Activate the yeast by combining warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add melted butter and eggs, then mix in the activated yeast mixture until combined.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
