  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers red or yellow, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
