Ingredients
  

  • pound ground beef
  • breadcrumbs
  • cup milk
  • egg
  • salt
  •  black pepper
  •  garlic powder
  •  onion powder
  • ground allspice
  • ground nutmeg
  •  egg noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • unsalted butter
  • all-purpose flour
  • beef broth
  • heavy cream
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  •  Prepare the Meatballs:In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix until evenly combined. Shape into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Cook the Meatballs:Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  •  Make the Sauce:In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden and bubbling. Gradually add beef broth while whisking continuously. Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Assemble the Noodle Bake:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked egg noodles and meatballs. Pour the sauce over the mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  • Bake the Casserole:Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  • Garnish and Serve:Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy this warm, creamy, and flavorful dish!
