This Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is a cheesy, hearty, and irresistible baked pasta dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners, holiday feasts, and potlucks. Layers of tender ravioli, rich marinara sauce, and creamy, melty cheese come together in a dish that’s easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • beef or Italian sausage
  •  marinara sauce
  • frozen cheese ravioli
  •  ricotta cheese
  • sour cream
  • shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  •  garlic powder
  •  Italian seasoning
  • salt
  •  black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Stir in marinara sauce and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer half the ravioli, followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce.
  • Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
