2 cups cubed butternut squash
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin

Prepare ingredients: Wash and peel the butternut squash; cut into small cubes. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
